Princess

This series was featured in a group exhibition called Audacious Women at the Brockton Collective in Toronto.

From the exhibition statement: "Ten multi-disciplinary female visual artists explore their journey through a visual narrative of life through the female lens, delving into concepts of collective oppression, trauma, stigma, pathos, social ideologies and psychological paradigms."

My contribution was this series called Princess, illustrations of fairy tales, poems, fables, and children's literature from the perspective of someone whose childhood needed to be survived.
